How to Manage Your Subscription

Hey there,

We hope you are enjoying your Fresh Roast Club coffee so far!

We've recently discovered that some people are having trouble managing their coffee subscriptions. For that we'd like to apologize.

Our goal will always be to make it as easy as possible to manage the frequency of your deliveries, change out the roast, or even cancel your subscription if you'd like.

We realize the current platform we are using isn't as straight forward as it should be which is why we are working on some cool new features like being able to manage your account via text message! (This feature should be available soon.)

In the meantime, here is a simple step by step guide on how you can manage your account.

How to Manage Your Subscription

If you have not created an account login yet, please click the button below and enter the email address you placed your first order with ๐Ÿ‘‡


Once you enter your email address, look for an email with the subject "โ€‹Fresh Roast Club - Manage Subscriptions". Inside that email will be instructions for setting up your account.

Once you are set up and logged in, from the 'My Account' page, here is how you can manage your subscription:

1. Click 'Manage Subscriptions' on the bottom right hand side

2. Click 'Subscriptions' in the Top Menu

3. From there, you can edit, manage, or cancel your subscription.
